How do I get there?

Located on the corner of Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, MoMo’s is a 5 minute walk from the Sultan Ismail LRT station and Medan Tuanku Monorail station. View in Google Maps.

The best way to get here from our international airports (KLIA, KLIA2 or Subang Airport) is by taxi or ride-hailing services. The fare from KLIA is approximately RM80 – RM120 while the fare from Subang airport is approximately RM35 – RM50.

We can also arrange private airport transfers for a fee – please contact us if you would like us to do so.

If you are travelling by bus, the closest bus station is at Berjaya Times Square, then take the monorail from Imbi Station to Medan Tuanku.

Do you provide parking?

There is a shared parking lot located next to The Chow Kit – an Ormond Hotel. Parking rates are RM5 per hour or RM15 per day. Unfortunately, we don’t reserve parking spaces.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 12PM.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

Early check-in at MoMo’s is subject to availability. If you arrive early, we’ll always try out best to get you to your room as quickly as possible. Late checkout is available for RM10 per hour, subject to availability. Speak to our hosts for more info.

Can you store my luggage if my room is not ready?

Yes, we can keep your bags for you.

Can I change my booking?

It depends on the rate you booked. Please check your rate plan and policies in your booking confirmation.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

What is the prepayment policy at check-in?

There will be a hold placed on a valid credit card provided to guarantee all incidentals during your stay.

Is there a deposit when booking a room?

Yes – all bookings need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

What kind of rooms do you have? And what are the rates?

We have 3 types of rooms – Bunkies – which are bunk bed rooms for 2, Crashpads – a double room with a queen bed, and Crashpads for 2 – a double room with twin beds. Please check out our rooms page for more information on our rooms and our offers page for the packages and rates we offer.

What type of room amenities do you offer?

All rooms come with free high-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryer, smart TV and bespoke toiletries from Jeanie Botanicals.

Are the rooms serviced each day?

Your rooms will be cleaned everyday during your stay. Towels will be changed every 3 days. If you would like new towels everyday, please leave them on the floor. Sheets will be changed every 3 days. If you wish for it to be changed more often, please let your hosts know by dialing 0. Water bottles are provided throughout your stay. You can refill your water bottle in the lobby. Mother Earth thanks you.

Do you have baby cots?

No, as a micro-hotel, our rooms are not able to accommodate baby cots. As a general note – MoMo’s is not a baby-friendly hotel.

Can I smoke in the rooms?

MoMo’s is strictly a non-smoking property. Smoking in your room will incur a RM500 cleaning fine per night.

Are your rooms sound-proofed?

MoMo’s is a social hotel with a regular roster of events. This means that sometimes there will be music playing late into the night. Please come downstairs and join us or if you would prefer to catch some zzzs – please ask your hosts for a pair of free earplugs.

What kind of socket does your rooms have? Do you provide adapters?

We have Type G power points. The standard voltage is 240 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz. Should you require an adapter, please contact our hosts.

Do you have a gym?

Hey you, gym bunny! MoMo’s do not have an in-house gym. However, we do have partnerships with our gym and fitness friends around the neighbourhood which allows you to get discounted rates. Please get the information from our host.

Is MoMo’s Pet Friendly?

We do not allow pets.

Do you provide laundry services?

Yes – for a fee. Please contact our hosts.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is from 7:00 am – 10:30 am on weekdays and 7 am – 11:30 am on weekends.

What time does Big Buns open?

MoMosita is open daily from 12pm – 10pm.

Do you have room service?

No but you can pre-order for self-pick up from Big Buns by calling our hosts on (0)

What else is there to do?

What kind of equipment do the meeting rooms come with?

The meeting rooms at our sister’s property next door The Chow Kit are equipped with 65 inch smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, table and chairs. Portable projector will be provided by request.
